In order to start your verification you need to log into your account and from your dashboard go to the "Profile Verification" section
There you will need to fill in your First and last name and your Country of Citizenship and then click on the "Save" Button
Step 1:
Choose your Country and Identification Document
Please strictly follow the instructions listed for each document
Please Keep in mind you will either have to use a camera or upload the documents manually
If you choose to upload manually you will be redirected to do so:
If you choose to continue on your phone you will be given a QR code to scan which will redirect you to your KYC process.
Step 2:
For the next step of your verification process, you will be asked to upload or take a picture of a Proof of address document
Step 3:
After uploading your Proof of address, you will be asked to take a Selfie with the same ID document next to your face.
Please note that the details of the ID document have to be clearly visible and readable
Step 4:
As the first step of your verification process, you will need to make a selfie and let the camera scan your whole face.
If your computer, has a camera you can do this step through there otherwise you will have to continue from your phone.
If you wish to continue from your phone simply click on the "Continue on a phone" button and a QR code will appear for you to scan.
Step 6:
In this step, it is obligatory to provide certain financial and educational information, information on intended account use and it is suggested to provide evidence of a source of funds directly at the point of account opening”
After this step you will be asked if you want to edit any of the uploaded documents if you are not satisfied with what you have uploaded, if you are, click on the "Next" button.
Step 7
Only upon successful KYC verification, you will be able to do any operations in their profile
