If you wish to increase your Withdrawal limits you will need to get your level 2 verification.
In order to do that please follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
Go from your dashboard in your account to the "Withdrawal" section
Step 2:
Click on the "Upgrade" button under the section "Account Status" at the upper part of your screen next to your withdrawal limits
Step 3:
After that, you will be redirected to the verification section to start your level 2 verification upgrade
Please note this section will require you to have a camera on your computer or continue on your phone
Step 4:
If you wish to continue on your phone simply click on the "Continue on your phone" button and a QR code will appear for you to scan and continue.
Step 5:
After scanning the QR code or connecting a webcam you will be requested to make a video selfie while pronouncing the digits shown on your screen.
If you are satisfied with the selfie you have taken click next and your selfie will be submitted and reviewed.
If your selfie was up to our standards you will be notified and your verification level and equivalent limits will be automatically assigned to you.
You can see your verification level on the "Verification" section of your profile
