If you wish to successfully complete your level 1 verification process please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Agree to the processing of your Personal Data
Steps 2:
Choose your Country and Identification Document
Please strictly follow the instructions listed for each documents
Please Keep in mind you will either have to use a camera or upload the documents manually
If you choose to upload manually you will be redirected to do so:
If you choose to continue on your phone you will be given a QR code to scan which will redirect you to your KYC process.
Step 3:
After uploading your ID document, you will be asked to take a Selfie with the same ID document next to your face.
Please note that the details of the ID document have to be clearly visible and readable
Step 4:
As a final step of your level 1 verification process, you will be asked to upload or take a picture of a Proof of address document
After submitting all the documents if they are approved you will be notified and your limits will be automatically increased.
