In order to close an account of yours, please contact us through while being logged in to your profile through our intercom chat room providing us with detailed information regarding the account number you would request to be closed.
You can follow the same process to close your profile.
Please make sure there are no available funds in the desired account or profile. If there is an existing balance, please transfer it to another account of your choice, or outside of the platform if you would like to close your profile.
