Be informed that all incoming external transfers take 3-5 business days to show up on your account.
If the 5-day mark has passed for us to further investigate your missing transaction with our Finance Department, please send us the official bank receipt.
As soon as we have any additional information regarding this matter, we will contact you back.
If your fiat currency deposit does not arrive within the estimated time frame, here are the steps to take:
- Check if there is a deposit status. If there isn't one, that means the deposit hasn't yet reached our bank, or you forgot to include the deposit reference (without a reference, some deposits cannot be automatically assigned to your account).
- Check your wire transfer receipt to make sure you entered our bank details correctly (as well as a deposit reference, if applicable).
- Check if there are any banking holidays.
- If the above steps don’t help, please contact support by sending a copy of your missing wire transfer receipt.
